Katmai National Park Brochure

For this project, I had to design and create a logo, and brochure, for a national park. The national park that I choose we Katmai National Park, which is in King Salmon, AK. After researching the park, I found out that this park was known for all the wild bears that lived and roamed in the park, so I decided to base my logo around them. I created different mockups with different fonts, and illustration, to determine which logo I would use. Once the black and white logos where created, I added color to make to logo standout.
This is the back of the Katmai National Park brochure. It has Bear print on the bottom of the brochure.

This is the Katmai National Park color logo that I created in Illustrator. It has a Bear paw pad with nails, and the words “Katmai Nation Park” in it.

Objective: Design and create a logo and brochure for a national park. I chose Katmai National Park in King Salmon, AK. To create this work, I used the skills I learned in Adobe Illustrator to design the brochure. I created an eye-catching logo and showed different versions in black and white, inverse, and color. Then I created the brochure layout by adding all the elements.
